Booking Policy

• Full payment of $200 is required to secure your session.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
• Sessions are scheduled based on availability.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the session are eligible for rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• In case of extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule your session.

Late Arrival Policy

• Arriving late will reduce your session time.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation without refund.
